新たな専攻 - システム進化発展のためのイノベーション技術

TRIZCON2011- DETROITにおける発表概要：

このプロジェクトの本旨は、アカデミックなレベルでシステム進化発展のためのスペシャリストを養成することです。

  TRIZで先頭を切っている企業やコンサルタントは、価値分析および価値工学、根本原因分析（RCA）、故障モード影響解析（FMEA）、ハイブリッド（代替）システム設計、リーン・マニュファクチュアリング、DFSS、品質機能展開（QFD）など、これまでに実績あるシステム開発手法と組み合わせ、完備して調和の取れたシステムとしてTRIZを提供しています。様々な手法が統合されたこのシステムをシステム進化発展のためのイノベーション技術と称しています。
  今現在、TRIZをベースとしたシステム進化発展のためのイノベーション技術は、ごく少数の技術者や科学者にとっての専門性にしかなっていません。個人の経験の積み重ねを超えてこのような専門家を養成するシステムについて説明されたことも未だかつてありません。世界的に見ても、推奨コースや推奨講義（最大で4単位）としてTRIZを取り入れている大学は40校ほどしかありません。自社の開発計画を通じてTRIZ専門家を養成し、プロジェクト開発や問題解決にTRIZを適用する機会を与えてトレーニングを行っている企業も数えるほどしかないのが現状です。
　将来的には、システム進化発展のためのイノベーション技術を機械工学や電気・電子工学などの専攻と同様にアカデミックな専攻にすることを目指します。

TRIZ推進問題

　本職における忙しさを考えると、TRIZを習得するための研修やワークショップは短いほうが良いのですが、それなりに内容を身につけようとすると、ある程度の長さが必要となります：

　このような物理的矛盾問題は、時間によって分離し、分割原理や抽出原理を適用して解決しましょう。

　価値（Value）V は、機能（Function）F の総和をコスト（Cost）C の総和で除したものとして定義されます（上段の式）：

　機能（Function）F の総和は、発揮された能力aMc の総和からそれに要した活動AT の総和を差し引くことにより得られ、コスト（Cost）C の総和はシステムと上位システムにおいて要した資源（Resource）R と発生する害（Harm）H の総和により得られます（下段の式）。

　シックス・シグマ、リーン生産方式、 制約理論、ブレインストーミング、
6 Thinking Hats, 総合的品質管理などの手法ではそれぞれの用語を使いたいのですが、TRIZ関連の活動ではTRIZ用語を使いたいところです：

　このような物理的矛盾問題は、空間によって分離し、連結（結合）原理や局所性質原理を適用して解決しましょう。

IntelにおけるTRIZ

　IntelにおけるTRIZの導入と推進の流れを見てみましょう：

●1996-2001 調査段階

　1996　サンタクララ技術開発でTRIZソフトウェアの先行的研修を開始
　　　　　 “Sputnik” と “Bubbles” という名の２つのプロジェクトで大きな成果
　1998　アセンブリー技術開発およびフラッシュメモリー事業に導入

●2002-2004 普及初期ならびに製造部門への導入

　2002　アセンブリー/テスト工程における初のTRIZ研修 – Cavite（フィリピン）
　2003　製造/ソート工程における初のTRIZ研修 – Kiryat Gat（イスラエル）
　2004　その他の事業所での研修（製造/ソートおよびアセンブリー/テスト）

●2005-2006 製造部門における全世界的採用

　2005　レベル2とレベル3に対する初の研修
　2006　レベル1とレベル2の研修はすべて内部化

　この流れを分野ごとのS字型曲線で示すと以下のようになります：

推進モデル

　TRIZを組織に導入する代表的な推進モデルとして以下の３種類が考えられます：

1. トップダウン
2. 水平展開
3. 拡散

　ここでは、以下のような組織を想定してみましょう：

　トップダウンモデルの場合、以下のような順に浸透してゆきます：

　　　CEO → 部 → ライン管理者、管理 → 技術者 → 専門家

　水平展開モデルの場合、例えば以下のような順に浸透してゆきます：

　　　ライン管理者 → 専門家 → 部、技術者 → CEO → 管理

　拡散モデルの場合、最初に例えば以下のように３つの部署に導入し、

　これらを源として周囲に広がってゆき、最終的には全組織に浸透します：

導入に関連する矛盾

　TRIZの導入に関連して解決すべき矛盾のいくつかについて見てみましょう。

● 専門家のジレンマ

　革新することを仕事として選んだ場合、面白い仕事に就けますが、職を失ってしまう危険性が高くなります（仕事の面白さ⇔失業の危険性）：

●“お金を見せてください” 症候群
 
　TRIZに対して投資してもらうためにはそれが有効であることを示さなければなりませんが、有効性を示す活動を行うには先行投資が必要となります（投資⇔有効性）：

● “ろうそくを吹き消すことはできても火事を吹き消すことはできない”

　広く受け入れてもらうためには対象とする部署が多いほうが好ましいのですが、きちんと根付かせるためには小規模のほうが緻密に活動できます（規模⇔緻密性）：

特徴転用

　TRIZを標準的な管理ツールと統合してみましょう：

　TRIZの5要素を標準的な管理ツールの対応する要素と特徴転用により統合すると以下のような結果が得られます：

浸透性の革新文化

　変化のほとんどは危険なものとして無意識の抵抗を受けることになります。

　TRIZは主として個人のスキルを向上させてくれますが、これをシステムレベルでの出来事ととらえた場合、それを支援してくれる上位システムも築くことを忘れないようにしましょう。

　技術者の場合、革新手法の早期採用者が新たな変異体として生じます：

　これらのうち、自分を支援してくれる上位システムも築くことに成功した技術者が予備選抜されます：

　予備選抜を通過したもののうち自然淘汰されなかったものが体系的革新を吸収
できます：

　進化においては、まず新たな変異体が生じます：

進化のメカニズム

　進化におけるある世代は、時間、直前の世代、直前の世代で決まる環境という３つの要素により決まります：

On conducting TRIZ Summit 2010
March 31, 2010.

Dear colleagues,

1. We invite you to take a part in the events of TRIZ Developers Summit-2010. This is already the sixth annual TRIZ Summit since 2005. The theme of TRIZ Summit-2010 is: "TRIZ-based methods of forecasting". TRIZ Developers Summit-2010 (TDS-2010) will take place in Saint-Petersburg. TRIZ specialists from Russia, USA, Latvia, Israel and South Korea have been announced their participation by the present time. The themes of planned presentations have been already identified, and are published at the following web-site: www.triz-summit.ru/ru/section.php?docId=4619

2. TDS-2010 is organized by Non-governmental organization "TRIZ Developers Summit". TDS-2010 is currently sponsored by: Intel Company, Saint-Petersburg State University, Engineering and Technological Consulting Center Algorithm, International TRIZ Association (MATRIZ). The list of sponsors could be augmented.

3. TRIZ Summit 2010 events will take place in Saint-Petersburg State University on the following days:

• July, 26th will be an open conference of TRIZ Summit 2010, and the subject is "Forecasting Methods Based on TRIZ".

• July, 27th will be the session of МАTRIZ Dissertation Board. There are eight applications that have been filed for defense of dissertation works by the present moment in obtainment of TRIZ Master Degree. The link for applications is www.triz-summit.ru/ru/section.php?docId=4638.

A collection of conference materials will be published in Russian and in English. The participation fee for the representatives of the former USSR republics constitutes 500 rubles. For the sake of compensating the expenditures associated with the translation into English, participation fee for the representatives of other countries constitutes $250.

4. The participants of the conference can submit an application for a poster session, and a short presentation on the topic of TRIZ Summit 2010 “TRIZ-based methods of forecasting" to the editing committee. An application with an attached article should be submitted prior to May 20, 2010. The volume of an article for a poster session should not exceed five pages, Times New Roman, size: 14. Selection of the poster sessions shall be performed by the TDS Editing Commission consisting of the following persons: A.Kudriavtsev, S.Litvin, V.Petrov, and M.Rubin.

5. In order to take part in the conference, it is necessary to fill in a questionnaire. The questionnaire could be found at http://www.gen3.ru/eng/conf/5616/
